Faith Promise

My Faith Promise commitment is my offering given by faith, above my tithe, to support world-wide missions. After seeking the Lord by prayer, I commit to give "$_______/month throughout the next 12 months. Also, I will be sensitive to the Lord during the year for other giving opportunities and love offerings as well. I understand the church will not contact me regarding my Faith Promise. This commitment is between the Lord and me. I am filling this out so that the Life Church missions team can know what to plan in the way of adding missionaries this coming year.
