If you have not gone through the LC GET-TO-KNOW MEMBERSHIP CLASS you will need to get that scheduled ASAP. Being a member at Life Church is a prerequisite to serving. You can do that by going to the homescreen on this app.
By filling out the info below and hitting the "Submit Request" button, a Life Church staff member will send you a "teamLIFE" APPLICATION by either by email or by actual postal mail.
We don't mind sending you the application by email. But for your privacy, we suggest you fill out the application and bring it back to the office or to the welcome center on a Sunday or a Wednesday.
